You will need to commit to the weekly 1:1 session and it is recommended that you set aside ten minutes a day. Life can be unpredictable so it's understandable that some weeks this will be easy and others less so. This is your journey so you can put in whatever works for you.
At the start of the course we will book in all the weekly session. I understand that life sometimes happens and it is possible to move the sessions with 48 hours prior notice.
In an ideal world you would work through the course in 12 consecutive weeks but that is not always how life works out. We will take into account holidays, children being off school, other commitments, work etc. It is recommended that you consistently work through the course even if you postpone a weekly 1:1. It is designed so you can easily work though it from anywhere. 1:1 session will be will be available for 20 weeks from the start date.
This course is set up with one payment which is made when you sign up to the course. Please get in touch if you are committed to the course but struggling to invest the full amount in one payment.
No refunds are given after access to Contented You being issued. Every opportunity is given prior to purchase to make sure this course is right for you. You will also be able to ask questions by email and during the discovery call.
